Shipping & Handling policy
We ship within the United States. USPS flat rate $8.75 per order. Free shipping for all U.S. orders over $40. For artwork purchase over $400, please contact us before placing order.
Products usually ship in 2-3 business days. Made-to-order products usually ship in 3-5 business days. If you choose Local Pickup (only for New York City pickup), please email us before you place an order.
Return Policy
NO EXCHANGE. All Very Fina Art items are individually handmade, each piece is a one-of-a-kind art object. We want you to be satisfied with your order, and we will gladly to refund your order per our Return Policy. Notification of refunds or damages must be made within 7 days from the shipment receipt date by emailing us at info@veryfinaart.com. You can return new and unused items within 7 days.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refund submissions are processed on receipt of the goods, and takes 7-14 business days (depending on banking institutions) to process.
In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address or recipient information supplied by the customer, or if the items ordered were an error of the customer, please email us to investigate the issue and recommend a resolution.
Very Fina Art is not legally obligated to give refunds if you are responsible for damaging the goods by misusing the product.
Additional information
Very Fina Art aims to include up-to-date pictures of all of the goods on this web site. However, our picture of the goods may differ in color slightly and minor details from the actual goods.
