*art underground is Me*
My journey as an artist and environmental advocate began with my upbringing in Hong Kong and continued through my experiences on the Pacific Island of Guam. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, I was also confronted with significant environmental challenges, such as super typhoons, freshwater crises, and coral bleaching. These pressing issues inspired me to dedicate my creativity to a greater purpose. Each of my artworks tells a story of respect for the Earth and highlights the transformative power of recycled materials. Additionally, by collecting cardboard boxes from neighbors, friends, and businesses, my work has evolved into a community collaboration.
